INDEPENDENT CHALET 24 M² RECENT, LUMINOUS, ALL IN WOOD.
PRIVATE PARKING FOR 1 CAR.

OUR PRICES INCLUDE ALL CHARGES: WATER, ELECTRICITY, GAS, TOURIST TAX, WIFI.
THERE ARE NO ADDITIONAL CHARGES.
ANIMALS ACCEPTED.
Chalet very well equipped, glasses, dishes, kitchen utensils and serving dishes adapted. Washing machine, fridge, oven, microwave, 4 burner hob, Senseo coffee machine (please bring pods).
Raclette set, fondue set, pancake set, vacuum cleaner, CD player, radio.
SHEETS ARE PROVIDED AND PUT IN PLACE.
Sheets are either cotton or disposable anti-allergic and anti-bacterial single use.
1 baby bed on request.
CLEANING PRODUCTS PROVIDED.
TO BE TAKEN AWAY: Washing-up liquid, washing powder and bath and kitchen linen.
Terrace facing the superb view of the Aiguille du Plan, Aiguille du Midi, Aiguille du Goûter, Dôme du Goûter, Mont-Blanc, Aiguille de Bionnassay, Glacier de Bionnassay, Glacier de Tête Rousse, Dômes de Miage.
In summer, departure of hikes from the chalet.
Private parking for 1 car, and there is a spacious car park 50 metres from the chalet.
At 800 m from the chalet the village of St Nicolas de Véroce: shops, restaurants, sports shop, tourist office, mountain bike rental, kindergarten....
Our prices include all charges (water, electricity, gas and tourist tax).
Deposit: 300 €.
