This small individual chalet is situated in the district of Pècles, 10 minutes walk from Chamonix center, 5 minutes walk from a bus stop and the railway station of Les Moussoux.
In winter, you can reached Brévent-Flégère ski-resort by foot (20 mn).
Surrounded with an own garden, it enjoys a panoramic and spectacular view of Les Aiguilles de Chamonix and the Mont Blanc.
