Authentic old cottage (1804), completely renovated with charm, warm and cocooning atmosphere.
On a large private meadow, with stunning views of Mont Blanc, near the forest, on the sunniest residential area on the heights of Chamonix.
Large terrace and balcony with unobstructed view of the chain (Mont Blanc and the Aiguille Midi on one side and Brevent on the other) and immediate access to the pedestrian path which circles the valley.
