A stunning, fully renovated duplex located on the 2nd floor of a traditional mountain chalet, ideally situated in the heart of Argentière. Sleeping up to 8 people, this spacious apartment combines comfort, alpine charm, and a prime location, just a 5-minute walk from the Grands Montets ski area.

The apartment’s real highlight is its private terrace facing south and west, offering a direct and spectacular view of Mont Blanc. It’s the perfect spot to enjoy a morning coffee, unwind after a day on the slopes, or share an al fresco dinner after a day in the mountains.
Designed for families, groups of friends, ski enthusiasts, and hiking lovers, the apartment features spacious rooms, 4 bedrooms (2 of which are under the eaves), 2 bathrooms, a private locked storage unit, a ski storage room, and all the amenities needed for a wonderful stay in the Chamonix Valley.

The Apartment

The apartment is spread over two levels.

On the main level, you’ll find a spacious, bright living area with a comfortable seating area, a TV, and a fully equipped open kitchen. The kitchen includes a dishwasher, a coffee maker, and everything you need to prepare your meals on-site.

This level also includes two bedrooms, a bathroom with a shower, and a separate toilet.

On the upper level, under the chalet’s roof, there are two additional bedrooms as well as a second bathroom with a bathtub and toilet. This space is particularly well-suited for children or teenagers, while offering more privacy for families and groups.

The apartment is currently undergoing a complete renovation (the photos are from before the renovation). The renovation will be completed in mid-July.
